Humanware Network Initiative (HNI) was established in 2002, bringing various background and expertise such as robotics, information processing, environment management, software, chemical engineering, media, municipal officer.

Comparing those days, technology advancement such as IoT, big data, artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, and automatic driving is significant which forms the basis of the fourth Industrial revolution. On the other hand, Japan is aging ever faster and already entered into a society of rapid reduction of population. reduction of population.

Generally known Japanese Baby Boomers,large number of them had retired although they have a variety of impacts not only on enterprises but also on whole soceity. If abundant knowledge and experience of retired people could not be utilized, it wil be a great loss for soceity.
